Rose Latuconsina is a professional with an extraordinary career journey. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from Universitas Padjajaran Bandung, completing her studies from 1999 to 2006. She then worked as a practicing physician until 2009. However, her passion and interest in the real estate industry led her to switch to property marketing later that year.
With dedication, hard work, and a deep understanding of the property market, Rose successfully built her own business and established PT FASTINDO MAKMUR PROPERTI in 2016. As the owner of this property company, she continues to grow her business and has achieved remarkable success in the real estate industry.
Rose’s commitment to professional growth is reflected in her academic pursuits. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law from Universitas Kristen Indonesia, with her program spanning 2023 to 2024.
In addition to managing her business, Rose is actively involved in various property-related organizations. She has been serving as the Chairman of the Training Division at the Real Estate Brokers Association of Indonesia (AREBI) since 2016, demonstrating her dedication to enhancing the professionalism of the property industry. Moreover, Rose actively participates in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) in the property sector, where she holds the position of Chairman, showcasing her efforts to drive progress in Indonesia’s real estate industry.
Now, she also serves as the Director of the Indonesia-Thai Chamber of Commerce, further expanding her influence in international business relations. In addition, she has taken on the role of Brand Ambassador for RE/MAX Indonesia in 2024, reflecting her leadership and strong presence in the real estate sector. Beyond these achievements, she is also the Founder of DIGI ESTATE INSTITUTE, solidifying her commitment to education and innovation in the property industry.
With her extensive experience, unwavering determination, and exceptional leadership in the property industry, Rose Latuconsina has become an inspirational figure, seamlessly transforming her career from medicine to leading her own property company while also contributing significantly to the development of the property sector in Indonesia.
